webdav-jaxrs 2.0

Yesterday version 2.0 of webdav-jaxrs with org.jugs as base package and Maven groupId was released. The change was necessary because the old base package net.java is not longer tolerated by Oracle.The state is basically the same as the branch jax-rs-2.0 from webdav-jaxrs at Gitlab exept that Java 11 is supported. The documentation is still missing but will come soon. For more information see jugs-org/webdav at GitHub.
